The Gomez lab is currently accepting applications for an undergraduate research position to join the lab as a computational neurobiologist and adapt/develop workflows/algorithms with application in several genome-wide datasets (including RNA-seq data, ChIP-seq, single-cell RNA-seq).
Familiarity with R, Python, or other programming languages is preferred.
Functional on Linux command line is beneficial but not critical.
